Dana became interested in the insurance business after turning 65 and meeting with a local agent. She had known several agents while living in Texas, and the work appealed to her because it combined business ownership with the opportunity to serve people personally.

After meeting with a local agent manager, she decided to step into the Medicare and insurance field. As Dana puts it, “the rest is history.”
